I've been busy this afternoon I've made four batches of Jam. The recipe makes a good 5 pints in one batch.
I did up 22 pints ...

Strawberry Rhubarb Jam
5 cups cut up rhubarb
1/4 cup cold water to cover the cut up rhubarb
3 cups of sugar
1 sm pkg jello (strawberry)
Get a large pot and put rhubarb in it
Add the 1/4 of water to cover rhubarb more if needed
Bring to a steaming point
Lower heat until tender
Add sugar stir contantly for 8 minutes
Remove from heat add jello
Stir until well blended
Pour into sterlized jelly jars
let cool and seal with parfin wax
put covers all ... Enjoy

Yum, I'll surely try that! No surejell? WAY cheaper to make using jello, no?
