Well got up and felt pretty good this AM.. I've decided to sell produce this year. So last night late I decided to gather my signs and things that I need for my small stand that I have at the end of the driveway.. So get up early and put signs out clean my little stand then went to garden and cut lettuce and spinach and bagged it a gallon size bag got cooler out and put ice packs in it.. Well by 11:00 I sold four bags.. Then headed over to garden to put a few more tomatoes in and peppers and lay down black plastic for weed control.. Had to load small rocks on the trailer of tractor well for some odd reason the trailer keep falling off tractor and I pushed and strained then gave up and came in for lunch and figured I could lay down.. WEll I sat down to look for messages on the computer and now I can hardly get up I over did.. Don't look like I'll be getting back out today I've taken so meds now I will go lay down..

I have a question for you, you said you put down the black plastic for weed control, right? Well tell me how you handle the ants getting under it and building mounds around your plants. I have tried several times to use something such as that for weed control and the ants ALWAYS take over. HOW do you stop them little buggers?????.........Kitty

I am so sorry to hear that you've hurt yourself. I tend to overdo when I'm feeling great and then it knocks me back down for a few days. One of these days I'll learn to pace myself (Lord willing).
I wish we lived where I could have a roadside stand but for now we'll be doing Farmer's Market.
