Pumpkin Biscuits
3 cups bisquick biscuit mix
3 TBSP packed light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
15 oz. can solid packed pumpkin
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a cookie sheet. In a large bowl, toss biscuit mix, brown sugar, and spices. Stir in the pumpkin to make a soft dough. Dump the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll dough to a 1/2" thickness. Use a biscuit cutter or cut into squares; put on cookie sheet. Bake about 20 minutes or until done. |
