We know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

                                                                ROMANS 8:28 NKJV

God's plan for you to know him and to spend eternity with him is steadfast. In addition, God will use the pain and the disappointment in your life. He will use them to do something beautiful, to turn heartache into strength and sorrow into joy.

When you are facing difficult circumstances, remember that God is at work transforming everything that happens, both good and bad, into something beneficial for you.

• Tuesday, July 8, 2008 - twins story

I just had to email you one of those stories again that just puts life into perspective as we learn to love the things our children do! My twins were in quiet time yesterday as they don't like to nap anymore. Well, as all appeared really quiet, we had our fingers crossed that they were actually sleeping---I snuck out to work with the horse. After teaching my oldest at home, how to lunge her, I went in--to check on the girls--the whole house reeked of perfume and the girls said "Hi mommy!" "Look, Cute!"--lipstick all over their faces, but la piece de resistance--they had cut each other's hair--my Emma has no bangs--gone, vanished, erradicated. She looks horribly cute--more horrible than cute anymore. Hannah has chunks here and their gone. We didn't know whether to laugh, to cry, to discipline. So, like all wise parents, we snickered and asked if she liked her new haircut and went about our day. I really can't simplify much more, I've really taken most of the knick-knacks, brick a brack, just stuffs, out of the house and try to keep most surfaces free & clean, but really what can I do here?? I've been simplifying our bedroom and which was the last area, but I really pray God will allow us to add on to our house and make the garage a play room so I can see them playing--whereas now I can't when I'm cooking which is almost always :) or we have the option of upgrading landwise --10 acres but down sizing house wise a double wide--barely 1500 sq ft and our current home is 3200. We just need to pray. Anyway, thought you'd like the twin story! Have a Blessed No surprises day!
