exactly are you guys seeing? I am having such trouble posting the ketchup and mustard cook along. Do you see the whole post? All I see is a picture of jars of ketchup.

saurkraut and thyroid

Katie, I have a question about sauerkraut and hypothyroidism. Dh and I both have it, and I understood that we should subsequently stay away from cruciferous veggies like cabbage. I looove sauerkraut and it's been a huge sacrifice to not eat it, along with other foods like broccoli. I know you're knowledgeable about thyroid issues, so what's your take? Obviously you eat it...Does it not affect the thyroid when it's fermented? Or do you just believe that the benefits outweigh the negatives?
