A simple yet yummy and healthy breakfast. Apples, Organic Peanut Butter and Raw Milk.
We usually buy larger apples but these were on sale. If you or your child is a protein type you may want to add a cup of broth or a hard boiled egg to this meal. For us the milk and peanut butter are enough.

My kids would LOVE that! I think that would be enough for them as well. So, haven't made the raw milk switch. What are the taste differences, if any?
Yum-o

Yum-o Katie! That looks great!
I have looked all over the place to see if I could get raw milk from someone or somewhere... I haven't found anyone yet... too many regulations on everyone. ugh!
I have my chicken stock pics up on my homestead blog!
Thanks for this!
Love,
Chas

Quick and easy! That's the way we like it, too! This morning we had homemade bread slices with peanut butter and milk.
Jen-There isn't really a taste difference between raw and factory milk at first. It's when you've been drinking the real thing for a while and you taste store milk again that you notice it. Real milk is far superior!
Blessings,
Momma-who just purchased over 300 books this morning at a book sale! E-Bay, here I come!

I must admit when I first saw this meal, I wondered how on earth that would be enough to eat. LOL! So we tried it this morning, as an experiment....
It was SO easy, SO yummy and no one got hungry for 4 hours!!!! Of course, half the calories in this little meal are fat. UGH! But it sure was good.
I found raw milk around here for $3.50 a gallon! WOO HOO! So we're going to start getting it and drinking milk again. We were given a grass-fed cow, so it's now safely in the freezer and we're picking up a bunch of fresh chickens next week. We're on a roll here, now we just need a deer....
By the way.....do you make butter? Maybe you could do a little cooking thing on making butter....
