Today is a new day and I thank God for giving it to me.  Yesterday I put up spaghetti sauce and that is an all day project!!  My sister gave me the recipe and I must admit that it was worth the wait!!  That was some good spaghetti sauce.  The only sad thing was that a whole pot (a very big pot at that) only made about 8 quarts.  My husband said that it tasted better than any that he had ever eaten.  I think that I will probaly have to end up making more because he is wanting to give some to a couple of people.

    Maybe now that I am done canning for a little while life can begin to get back on schedule (somewhat).  My husband loves pickles so that will probaly be my next canning job.  While I am at the Farmer's Market picking up cucumbers I may pick up another box of tomatoes and make another batch of spaghetti sauce for my hubby.
