Little tidbits of my life

Tag, you're it!

Hey all. My dear friend gabbie427 (Amy Jo) tagged me.  Not only did I learn alot about her by reading hers, but now I get to post mine and tag a few friends of my own!!  *evil grin*  So here it is:

The rules of the game get posted in the beginning.

Each player answers the questions about themselves.

At the end of the post, the player then tags 6 people and posts their names,

then goes to their blog and leaves them a comment, letting them know

they've been tagged and asking them to read your blog.

Let the person who tagged you know when you have posted yoru answer.

a. What were you doing ten years ago? 

I was working at post office, quilting (BIG SURPRISE!), playing piano for weddings...and main hobby then was decorating cakes (wedding, etc).  I was STILL going to college part time.  I was sunday school teacher to 3rd and 4 th grade.  I owned my own house, was slowly remodeling each room...and I shared it with my sweet dalmation Doc.  I was SINGLE and looked MUCH younger than I do now!  LOL

b. What are 5 things on my to-do list today?

The day is almost over, but here are some things that were on my list:

1. laundry (still have to do!!)

2. water herb (cilantro, rosemary, lavender, oregano, basil) seedlings (it rained almost ALL day, so didnt have to do this one!)

3. check to see if roses on front deck have bloomed yet (THEY DID!!!!...will post pic soon)

4.  make the bed (did this!!)

5. prepare snack for special needs class at church tonight (did this, but Tristan wasn't there )

c. Snacks I enjoy:  cheese, crackers, carrots if I remember I have them, chocolate covered almonds

d.Things I would do if I were a billionaire:

First of all I would tithe my 10% to my home church.  Secondly, I would either build and run an orphanage, or sponsor to have one built and managed.  Third, Pay off all my bills, my parents' bills, my inlaws' bills and my sisters' families bills.  Fourth, Hire Private Investment Advisor to assist...including a foundation used for charities of my choice.  That's enough for now.

e. Places I have lived:

Ooltewah, Chattanooga and Cleveland, Tennessee...also Trenton, Georgia

Wonderful!!! I got to learn alot about you as well. Your list of what to do with a million sounds like mine. That is so interesting to hear that most people I have read here would give alot away first!!
