Time for Homecomings and Daylilies!

First, here is our own Chas sporting an apron I embroidered for church.  Our newest Deacon Bill had drawn the logo for a project, so I imported the image into embroidery design software (PE Design 6.0), traced it and converted it to stitches.  I love this software now that I know how to use it!  This pic was taken at our Homecoming dinner last sunday.

I just love this time of year!  The daylilies are in bloom and everything is so beautiful!  I purchased the daylily shown below at a fairly local nursery http://www.sunshinehollow.com a couple years ago.  This nursery is a BEAUTIFUL place to visit and spend the whole day!  If you are anywhere near Athens, TN (home of Mayfield Dairy and ice cream), you oughta go take a tour of this place, too!  

By the way, we had a WONDERFUL time at my BIL's ordination service as a preacher last sunday night.  Thank you to anyone who prayed about the service on his behalf.  He and my sister are a great match and I am looking forward to seeing what God has in store for them next!!!

Good job on the apron!!! I saw more pics of the Homecoming on Chas site as well. Looks like everyone had so much fun!
