Well when I have a chance what I will do is take pictures the next time we make dough and pizza so everyone can see the step by step process we take in making the New York pizza along with the recipe.  I think you need to see it all in action LOL.

I am feeling the baby kick more and more.  Today the little blessing is really moving around all over the place.   Usually I feel a little tickle here or there but today I am really feeling the baby all over and kicking pretty hard.  I confess I had a little bit of sweet tea today so I think that might be causing it. LOL

I like to try and stretch out meat to make more than one meal.  So I am taking the boiled chicken from the chicken soup the other day to make dinner number two tonight.   I reserved a little under half the chicken from Monday and used the rest in the soup.  I took that chicken and shredded.  Added it to a box of stuffing and a cup of sour cream.  I took the mixture and stuffed it into jumbo shells.  I then take two cans of cream of chicken soup and mix it with one cup of milk and pour it over the shells.  I allow this to bake for 30 -40 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly.

We will have the shells with some steamed veggies.  Not the healthiest thing in the world since we used can soup etc but still an easy meal that the family enjoys.

Have a good one everyone!

First of all, I wanted to say thanks for visiting my page and leaving me a comment. To answer your question, my mouth is finally all healed and I am back to eating normally. It took a good 12 days to get the pain to leave, and a few days after than to learn to eat with a whole in my mouth where to tooth had been. LOL

I like to stretch our meat in our meals as well, and I love to make enough of the protein (chicken, hamburger, etc.) to last over several meals during the week, or sometimes freeze it already cooked and use it in a meal later on too. Saves me time down the road and money too.

So the baby is moving and kicking huh?? How far along are you now?

God's Blessings,
Amy Jo

That sounds tasty...the shells and stuffing. *smile* mmmm. I came by to check our your blog and to say thank you for making time to check mine out. Thank you, also, for making the time to share your thoughts. Your little guy is so cute. *smile* I love how they look all bundled up to go out in the cold, like Ralphy "I can't put my arms down." *big smile* They are just so cute. *smile* Your son is adorable. I wish you a safe and healthy pregnancy with your second one. Already about half-way though by the ticker at the top of your page. It is such fun to feel a miricle growing inside you isn't it. *smile* I am so happy that you get the opportunity to go through all the changes and goodies of birthing your children. I too have been blessed with that experiance. *smile* Take care and enjoy the snow, it's only here for a season. Next comes spring and planting season. *smile* Relax and enjoy the time inside with your little guy. *smile* Your home is beautiful too! Thank you for sharing all the pictures. *smile*
If you can't tell, I smile a lot. *smile*
