April and Spring

Well, today in Mississippi it is in the 80's.  It's like you go from Winter to Summer with no Spring in between.  The grass is already growing.  Here is a pic of my son cutting the grass up around the house.  I love the smell of fresh cut grass and the wild onions being cut.  I have all the doors and ceiling fans going.

Don't you just love the cut off shirt, shorts, rubber boots, and gloves.  I don't think there could be anything cuter.

I'm experiencing 80* weather here in my neck of the woods in SW Mississippi too. I'm running the a/c! Oh, I know yall are living out your dream on the new homestead! I remember my dh and I always dreamed of owning land in the country! Amazingly, we've been living out our dream now for 15 years! It's a wonderful place to raise children! I love the mower as well. Being from Australia I haven't seen anything like it, dh wishes to know what brand it is.
