3 Days....Where does the time go...

Not, that I am stressing or anything but we do only have 3 days until Thanksgiving. I picked up my Spiral honey glazed ham yesterday and my turkey. So I think I am all set in the food area. We will be having a nice Thanksgiving dinner at home on Thursday just our little family and then we will go to Mom's house on Friday evening for my families Thanksgiving dinner. We had Thanksgiving with my DH parents yesterday after church. They are going to Texas to spend Thanksgiving with DH's brother and family. It was nice to have it yesterday. We wont be trying to be everywhere at once and we get to spend some time together just our little family reflecting on what we are thankful for. The kids and I will clean really well tomorrow and Wed. morning. Then the girls and I will start cooking Wed. evening. We will put the final touches on Thursday morning while DH and son are off hunting. I pray that it will be a wonderful time.
Here are some of my thankfuls:
The salvation of Jesus Christ that I do not deserve
A wonderful husband who loves me and allows me to be what God intended for me to be
Three beautiful children who are growing in the Lord daily, again I do not deserve them
An extended family who love me
Likeminded friends to help me grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ
The ability to raise and homeschool my children in the knowledge of Jesus Christ
A roof over our heads
Food in our pantry
Clothes on our backs
God is sooo good to Us.
Blessings,
Trixi

“I want to know one thing,” said John Wesley, “—the way to heaven: how to land safe on that happy shore. God himself has condescended to teach the way. He hath written it down in a book. O give me that book! At any price, give me the book of God! I have it: here is knowledge enough for me. Let me be a man of one book.”
