My heart is heavy today....

We are readying to go to a Thanksgiving lunch with the local homeschool group and I have Deanna and her two boys weighing heavily on my heart.  My DH was burned by hot chocolate he pulled off the stove onto himself when he was 13.  He was in the hospital for days and had to have the skin wrapped and peeled off.  He is still scarred from it.  He says that there is no pain worse in the world.  I think that it is probably because it is a small picture of what living life in a hell would be like.  Anyway, when DH prayed for Deanna's boys lastnight, I could see that he could relate.  Although, Deanna's boys are much worse.  It has just broken my heart.  I was hoping to see some type of update this morning before we leave.  Anyway, please just remember to pray!!  I can not even imagine how hard this is on their family but I do know that the God our two families serve is so much bigger than all of this and he can hold them up during all of this.
