What's on your Thanksgiving menu?

Can you believe that the above ticker says 15 days until Thanksgiving...... I would not have, if I hadn't seen it. Oh my, there is so much to do. I need to work on the quilt blocks for Deanna's project, get my house in order and start baking. Do you ever feel like there are just not enough hours in a day? The biggest problem is that my dad is moving back to the coast and he is downsizing house wise. He has asked me if I would like a few of his big items like an old coal burning stove that he got out of a train caboose probably 30 years ago. Well, if you know me, that is right up my alley. He is also sending me home with a 57 1/2 ft. wide bookshelf that he made many years ago. Don't get me wrong. I am very thankful. The problem is finding space for these things. I have rearranged my living/dining room to fit the stove and now I am working on my school room to fit the bookshelf. Because I have my piano in the school room, I only have one other wall that the shelf could go on. I have had to completely tear the school room apart to get this wall cleaned off. I am moving desks and other bookshelves. We have books and games all over the floor. It is a sight. We will go and pick up these items on Sunday. I will take a picture once I get everything put back together.LOL
As for my Thanksgiving menu, well, I am still not sure if we are going to be home on T-giving or not. We are doing T-giving with my mom on Friday night after Thanksgiving Day. However, I still don't know about DH's parents. He has yet to ask them. I would love to be here at home on Thanksgiving Day and have lunch with just our family. That way it would be me and the girls preparing. I just think that would be great. If that happens here would be a partial menu:
Turkey Cornbread Dressing and Cranberry Sauce
Ham
Green Bean Casserole
Sweet Potatoe Casserole
Deviled Eggs
Mashed Potatoes or Potatoe Salad
Corn or Corn Casserole
Pumpkin Pie
Pecan Pie
Watergate Salad
Sister Schubert(sp) Dinner Rolls
Sweet Tea
I know that I will add to this as time goes by. I know this seems like way too much, it does to me as well. However, we will eat on it for a week afterwards. LOL I would love to know what your menu looks like.
Blessings,
Trixi

“I want to know one thing,” said John Wesley, “—the way to heaven: how to land safe on that happy shore. God himself has condescended to teach the way. He hath written it down in a book. O give me that book! At any price, give me the book of God! I have it: here is knowledge enough for me. Let me be a man of one book.”
