We are back..... so much to tell and so many pictures....

Well, we are back from our adventure with my mom.  We ended up just going to Chattanooga for a very long weekend.  My nephew Evan went along with us.  We had a pretty good time but when we got in the car to head home, we were ready!!  There is no place like home!!!

Anyway, we went up past B'ham towards Gadsden and we first stopped at Noccalula Falls.  It was beautiful.  Here is the gang minus me ofcourse, who would take the pictures.

My mom is in the brown T-Shirt and my nephew has on the hat.

This is when we climbed down into the Gorge to see the waterfall. It was quite the hike.

We had a great time and we hadn't even made it to Chattanooga yet!!

Here are a couple of pictures we took at Ruby Falls.

For those who don't know Ruby Falls is a 260 ft. cavern underground that has a natural waterfall in it.  It was breath taking. 

We also rode the incline railway to the top of the mountain and on Saturday we drove to Sweet Water, Tn. and went to the Lost Sea.  On Saturday night we went to a civil war dinner theater.  Here is the website buttonwillowchurch.com.  It was great.  It took the civil war not from a North vs. South stand but more from a there could be no winner stand.  It was really good. 

Anyway, I have a few more pics to share but they will have to wait.  I am now off to Carthage to work at the new house.  For all those who commented on my bug delimma....  DH says they are all dead.  I used a ton of Boric Acid.  You can buy it at Lowe's.  Thank you so much for all your wisdom.  It's one of the reasons I love this spot on the web.
