We have some blogging friends here that are really hurting and need our prayers......

Today, Maa's mom is having surgery regarding the cancer that they have now found in her liver.  We need to urgently lift her and her family to the great Physician and pray that His will be done and for the earthly healing for her body. 

Also, Debi's family is really going through a hard time with the loss of her husband's job.  I can not even imagine the scariness of their situation right now.  However, God is bigger than all our fears and we need to pray for His will and guidance for their family.

Finally, their is the situation with Dana and her mother in law's cancer.  We need to pray for God's strengthening for them.  Them being the care givers and support is so hard and they need God's peace and grace. 

I love this community and I know that it is a group of prayer warriors, so let's keep praying. 

This is my comfort in my affliction, that Your Word has revived me.  Psalm 119:50 

For whatever was written in earlier times was written for our instruction, so that through perseverance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.  Romans 15:4

Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed.  The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much.  James 5:16

Thank you for your comment on my blog & for bringing these prayer requests to my attention & other's!

I would also like to know what has brought about the changes in my family! It has helped me to notice that certain "traits" such as my mom's leaning towards business, has always exsisted, now it's focused outside the home rather than inside it.

What completely baffles me is how I could be raised with my mom reading the Bible to me, and with so many "convictions", and how there is now no Bible reading, and no church attendance, nothing!

I've tried asking but usually the converstation turns angry, or defensive because they are so "busy". :(
