I got my seeds today....WooHoo

Lord willing, I plan to get the Brandy wine Tomatoes and the Granny Smith tomatoes in a little germinating greenhouse tomorrow.  DH wanted to do it but he leaves tomorrow for Hattiesburg for the weekend.  We are running out of time, so I hope to get it going tomorrow.  I also wanted to buy some more flowers for my planters.  Here is what we have gotten so far....

Strawberries (Jewel and everbearing)

Cucumbers (pickling and sweet success)

Squash (straightneck and crookneck)

Cashflow Zuchinni

Okra (clemson spineless)

Cowpea (Brown crowder and pinkeye purplehull)

Fordhook Lima Bean

Tomatoes (Brandywine and Granny Smith)

Marigold's

The rest we will buy from our local CoOp.

My little man Peyton, got his lip severely busted yesterday.  I wish I could get my computer to read my USB port and I would upload a pic.  Anyway, he was playing basketball and a friend hit his mouth with his elbow accidently.  It is terrible.  He was tought though, did not even shed a tear.  Oh my could this be a growing up thing? 

Well, it's been a great day.  The weather here is just to die for and DH is coming home early so that we can go walk.  Thank you Jesus!!  God is good in so many ways.  He is continually blessing us with the little things that I so take for granted.  I just pray that I see them.

I got my seeds yesterday and now I am intimidated!!
I am wondering if I bit off more than I could chew??
I will plant them Monday.......so we shall see.

You are way ahead of me!
I can't wait to get out in the garden.
We live in an area where you can't start
a garden until the last week-end in May.
We have planted on July 4th before!
Well, at least it is officially spring!
