Drum roll please.... I have finally decided on a grain mill.

After about a year of thinking about buying a grain mill, I am finally taking the plunge.  I am going to go with Lehman's Best grain mill.  I talked to Deanna  about the pros and cons of different grain mills and I have finally made my decision.  I would love to be able to buy a Whisper Mill or Nutrimill but I can't part with $250.00 right now.  Much less, pay that and not even know if I will enjoy grinding.  So I have found this grain mill for about half the normal cost.  I have already put in my order for some wheat berries, Prarie Gold, Millet, Spelt and Hard Red.  I want to try a variety of different breads.  I would also like to try the Bread Becker's recipe for Ezekiel Bread.  I am so excited.

You are ahead of me....I asked for one for Christmas, but my husband wanted me to choose the model and I couldn't decide. Then, we had to buy new tires for the van, and there went the $$ for my mill. You know how that is! Keep us posted...I'm taking a Bread Beckers class in two weeks and I'm thinking that will help me decide on the mill. DeniseB
