Wednesday's Doings

Tomorrow, we will be back to normal.  We will get up and start school and chores.

Breakfast will be bagels with cream cheese and oatmeal. 

Lunch will be ham sanwhiches on whole wheat and apple slices.

Dinner will be vegetable beef soup with cornbread.

Dessert my youngest DD has made a red velvet cake.

I want to start a weekly menu but right now my husband is still out of town a good bit and until he is home for good, around the middle of Feb., we are still eating a little more relaxed.  So for now just knowing a day ahead what I am going to make is a good thing. 

But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5

I saw you on my friends list and thought I would pop over and say hello! Sounds like you are off to a wonderful start on your homestead. We've been at it for 20 years and I still feel like I will never do all the things I want to do! There are just so many hours in a day! Bless you!
