This is the day that the Lord has made.

Some of you may remember the tour of homes that I found over at Boo Mama's site well here is the tour of my home....  After looking go over to Boo Mama's and see everyone else's.

This is where all of the blog action happens.  I also as you can see have old faithful...  Diet Pepsi at this time.

This is my kitchen.  I collect roosters, if its not too blurry to see.  My add image up link is not working so I am having to copy and paste.  Oh well.

Here is the living room.  We have been here over a year and I still do not have any pics on the wall.  Maybe I spend too much time on here.  LOL.

Instead of doing a front door pic, I decided to do this one of my dining area.  This hoosier piece of furniture is my all time favorite.  If my house caught on fire I would want all of my pics of my family and this piece of furniture saved!!!!!

This one did not copy well.  However, this is our bed area.  I liked this comforter set about 5 years ago when I bought it.  Now, I am ready for a change.  Maybe something more floral.  Anyway, this is home sweet home.  We love it here.  There is still alot to be done in the decorating area but I am content with the way it is thus far.

Have a great day.

Blessings,

Trixi

I love how things don't look cluttered in your home. Things are simple, but still warm and cozy. I so need to do some decluttering and part with some more things! With a family of 5 and 3 dogs in our small house, we just take up a LOT Of space!

I'd save that piece of furniture in a fire, too. :-)

I love your kitchen - how in the world do you keep it so clean?

Thanks so much for taking the time to do this - I hope it was fun for you!

“I want to know one thing,” said John Wesley, “—the way to heaven: how to land safe on that happy shore. God himself has condescended to teach the way. He hath written it down in a book. O give me that book! At any price, give me the book of God! I have it: here is knowledge enough for me. Let me be a man of one book.”
