Another wonderful day....

This is the day that the Lord has made.

Today has been another wonderful day around here.  My son has been involved with a Christian baseball camp this week.  It has just been a great thing.  They start with a devotional and end with a devotional.  They have a memory verse every day.  I have just been so impressed with the whole thing.  Tomorrow is the last day and as good as it has been I will be glad to not have to go into town every day. 

We are picking the garden every day now and every time I walk out there I am reminded how great my God is.....  We picked okra, squash, Ms. cream peas, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers today.  We will have purple hull peas, watermelons, cantaloupe, and corn very soon.  We also have huge green tomatoes but as of yet they have still not turned.  I am so ready for them to turn red.... I love this garden more and more everyday.  It has been such a blessing to my husband and I.  It's been alot of hard work but worth every minute.

Our dinner tonight consisted of butter beans, mashed potatoes, fried okra, squash, and sliced cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.  My husband likes his tomatoes and cucumbers in vinegar.  Needless to say his were seperate.  Thank you Lord for another great day!!!
