Thursday Threesome

This one is very dear to me, as it now costs $50.00 to fill up my van, and over $100.00 to fill up my husbands suburban.  I don't know how people drive those gas gusslers.  LOL

What are three things you have done lately that are saving you money? 

1. We are line drying everything except towels... they get too stiff and scratchy and white clothes.... my eldest daughter said she didn't want the neighbors seeing her underwear on the clothesline..... LOL
2. We are also cutting down any trips to town.  This is difficult seeing as my son is still playing baseball but when he needs to go in to town, I also run any errands I might have.
3. Last but not least, Mississippi gets hot quick and we have not turned on the air yet.  It has gotten atleast in the upper 80's low 90's.   We got a box fan and a few oscillating fans on top of our ceiling fans.  So far so good.

Trixi - you are doing better than me - I am in North Louisiana - with the same temps and at night I have to turn the A/C on - can't sleep with the windows open - live in town....too dangerous!!
I have been hanging things outside..don't have a clothesline, but have asked for one for my birthday...my kids are looking at me "and where do we find a CLOTHESLINE"!!!!!.
