Camping Anyone?

We belong to a different kind of church.  It's more of a home church.  Although, it has kind of outgrown that title.  Anyway, twice a year we have a camp out, in the spring and then again in the fall.  Well, this weekend is the spring camp out.  Two of my children and I love it.  We set up camp in this huge cow pasture.  Their are usually about 20 -25 families.  The kids play all day, volley ball, horseshoes, and playing in the trees.  The men and women sit around in groups talking and discussing scripture.  Then at night we gather up around the huge fire and sing songs and share different things we are seeing in the Word.  It is such a refreshing time.  The whole theme of the weekend is encouragement.  We go setup on Friday and come back home at sunset on Sunday. 

Does anyone have any great tent camping suggestions?  I will be working on my menu today and grocery shopping tomorrow.

we used to 'can' our camp foods...canned chili, canned soups and such; lots of simple meals that don't need to be worried about with heat...pbj crackers for snacks, homemade trail mix, etc.
