Sunday Morning Wake Up Call

Posted in Jacobs Farm

Try 2 a.m.

No - I am not kidding.

And worse...it was one of our celebrity neighbors.  Why is it that celebrities, especially those model types, think that all the rules apply to everyone else but them?

The very nerve.

She just showed up in the driveway at 2 a.m. expecting us to what?  Invite her in for a late night snack? ~ or worse ~ whatever that could be...

We had Bandit turn her away, though she resisted and nearly insisted on staying - just hanging around the trampoline.

Finally, this forward celebrity neighbor of ours took the hint and things settled down for a while.

Until 6:45 a.m.

She was back.

You'd think she would have, at the very least, brought doughnuts and Starbucks coffee or something for all her rudeness.

She just seemed to want to impose on our front yard for some sunshine and grazing......

You read that right - grazing.........

After we wouldn't invite her in, she decided to survey the current status of our pond...

Then she just helped herself to our hillside of rye...

For someone who's always in the public eye, you'd be surprised how shy some celebrities can be.  Is it any wonder why they are so misunderstood?

All kidding aside, it is unfortunate that these photos don't lend the true "size" to these ladies.....they are HUGE - especially at 6:45 a.m. when you walk out on the front porch with coffee in your hand..........  Needless to say, I did have to try and mask the "cackle" in my voice when I made my own 7 a.m. wake up call to the dairy to come and retrieve their celebrity on the loose...........

hee hee ~

Have a great week!

Harriette

Too funny. Until I seen the first picture I was trying to figure where you live in order that you would hae a "star celebrity" in your area. I love your writing, thanks for the chuckle.
