Thanks to everyone that responded with stress bustin' ideas!   My hubby (and the rest of us as well) definitely needs to exercise, but he's got to find something that doesn't bother his heel because he has plantar fasciitis.  I do know also that he needs better sleep.  I'll have to try to do the lavender trick and see how that works for him.  I strongly suspect he has sleep apnea, but his insurance doesn't cover being tested for it so I don't know what we can do about that.  I'm trying to maintain a quiet evening and have the kids in their rooms by 9:00 but with it being summer that's really hard for them to do, lol!
