We are still having some crazy weather here in my part of Texas!  Friday night we had severe thunderstorms with some tornadoes touching down in areas not too far from us.  My youngest two got a little scared as we watched the news and kept up on the weather reports.  Lukey was so sweet, though.  He curled up in my lap and asked if it would be all right if he prayed.  What a sweet little prayer he lifted up! 

I've been trying to declutter some, but not really doing that great of a job.    I have been trying to tame the paper monster right now, and have taken a couple of baskets full of paper to our church where we have those recyclable-paper-dumpster-thingies (how's that for a description!).  We've also shredded a lot of stuff as well - Hannah got that job.  Our shredder isn't the best, and it's pretty frustrating because it gets jammed very easy, but she did get quite a bit done.  Then she kept the shreds in a box to use for her hamster's bedding.   I thought that was a pretty good idea for recycling that she came up with on her own! 

We have just started subscribing to Netflix and have really been enjoying it.  Any other Netflix users out there?  I now have a new movie to rave about - well, it's been out a good while, but we just watched it today for the first time.  It's End of the Spear.  If you haven't watched it yet, please do!  It is so good.  It does have violence in it, so it may not want your little ones to see it, but Luke watched it with us and just closed his eyes and waited for us to tell him when that part was over, and he did just fine.  Very inspiring movie. 

Well, it's time to get off.  The kids are still up and need to be put to bed!  Have a wonderful week!
