Whew! These were challenging! I'm glad I didn't give up though. I'm pretty happy with how they turned out.
Here's the first...

I love your colours and fabrics. What cute American flag fabric! Are you doing a patriotic quilt?
Rachel

I am doing a patriotic quilt. It's one of several in our house. In fact, our entire house has some version of red, white, and blue. I even painted an American flag on our kitchen table. I'll find the picture of it on the camera and post it. I was really happy with how it turned out.
Blessings,
Leigh-Ann

About Me

I'm a Christian woman who has had the blessing of being married to my best friend for a little more than 19 years. I'm also a homeschooling mom to our 3 great kids. We're trying to figure out how to stay country when country is disappearing at an alarming rate here in our little corner of the world.

Pray with St. Francis

Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love. Where there is injury, pardon. Where there is discord, vision. Where there is doubt, faith. Where there is despair, hope. Where there is darkness, light. Where there is sadness, joy.

O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved, as to love; for it is in giving that we receive, it is in pardoning that we are pardoned, and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
