As I was posting this look what showed up!!! Yep It Finally happened!!! BABIES!!! WOOOO HOOO!! These are my first Kiko/Nubian/Boer cross kids! Daddy is a Kiko and Momma is a Nubain/Boer cross. So on with the blog!! The 2 goats by the hay are Mother and Daughter Kikos. Minerva and Cassie! They still have at least another month I think.....

This is My Dottie!! Grandma to the 2 babies up top. She is the healthiest hardiest goat I have! She pops out twins and just keeps going!!

Goats! One of my favorite subjects!!

 I sold one of my goat girls today. It was tough!! She made me feel extremely guilty!! I do think she went to a good home though. I had planned on it eventually but not right away. But with Mr. Buckly free ranging the place eating any and all stuff I have to get him put up. this is the nly way I can afford to get panels right now... The electric fence wasn't working right so I have had to do major switching around and have 8 escapees in one way to little pen! Incidentally its mainly wethers and bucks!!  Boys I tell ya!!! LOL My goat girls are relatively calm and quiet. Except the two young ones or when they see me or the grain bucket!! LOL They don't get in a hurry for anything else!!  I have the escapees penned out over the garden spot right now so they can eat it down and fertilize at the same time!!! Hubby said he is going to put wheels on the back of the hut so it would be easier to move.. I thought it was a good idea. He said it half joking but it has potential!!! It would be kind of like those chicken tractors just bigger and for goats.... It would help with parasites too!!  So anyways see I tell ya I rattle on and on about goats!!

 I am going to have to figure out the pictures on here and how to get them in my blogging!! I am new to this site and still not sure how it all works!
