I LOVE potatoes, can eat them everyday, probably three times a day. SO I love finding different ways to fix them. Here's a yummy recipe I made last night for supper. I've fixed this several times, I had gotten it from an Amish cookbook.
GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES
6 large potatoes
1/4 cup sifted flour
1/4 grated parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/3 cup butter
Itailian seasoning
Dice potatoes. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag or mixing bowl. Moisten potatoes with a little water. Shake a few at a time in bag to coat well with mixture. Melt butter in a 9x13 pan, place potatoes in a single layer. Sprinkle itailian seasoning to your taste. Bake at 400 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. Turn halfway through.
