Freezing veggies............

Today we froze 10 qts. of green beans and will do more either by the end of the week or next week.  We are also freezing some tomatoes and need to take care of some cabbage.  I need to get this all done before I go to work.

Ok, this will sound weird. But I was bored and doing some web searching. My birthday is 6-7-66, so I Googled that, then I went to 6-6-66 because I always thought it would be sort of fun to have had that for a birthday...and of course I found you! lol
My name is Tanya, and I'm a mom of 3 boys...one on his own, and two at home. I've been married for 19 years and we live in Minnesota. When our oldest was pre-school age, we lived in Angola, Indiana for a couple of years. Anyway, just thought I'd say hello to someone with the birth date that I just missed having! :) I was born the next day, in Key West Florida, during hurricane Alma.

Sorry that I haven't been on for awhile. I need to reply to you both and to the readers. For the cabbabe I will quarter it and blanch it and freeze it and make saurkraut out of it. We also have been just eating it.



To the other lady, my birthday is actually 6-71966. I don't know when or how it got changed. So sorry! I am glad that I was born when I was and not the other. That would scare me to be all sixes. Praise God that I wasn't.
