Spicy beef or chicken in the crock pot
Use a small roast or chicken if you wish and add some taco seasoning, garlic, onion, taco sauce and water simmer on low in the crock pot. Cook in all day 6-8 hours. Shred the meat. You can use this for just about any type of Mexican meal. I don't measure! I eyeball it to see what seems like enough. You don't have to add the onion if you wish. I just like it, (I use dried so it is small enough so my family don't see it). My girls don't like onion all that well.
