How to freeze apples and apple sauce....
I am glad some of you had asked. I hope this helps in some way. This is how I have done it.
Yes, you can freeze apples and applesauce. To freeze apples choose crisp and firm apples wash, peel and core. Cut into 1/4 inch thick. Treat to prevent darkening. I treat mine in lemon juice.
For applesauce: After you make you applesauce Ladle applesauce into plastic freezer boxes leaving 1/2- inch headspace. Seal, label and freeze.
