I'm back from my missions trip. It was so awesome. It was very touching. We were down in New Orleans. Three years later it still looks like it just happened. I can't believe it, it is so sad to see. People are still living in tents and under bridges. The town smells still like dead bodies. They are in need of so much help.
In spite of all of this it was totally awesome. I ate some crawfish and the next day it didn't like me. Sorry, I had to put that in their. I meet a lot of people their, some lived in the Supper Dome. One guy was in their for 5 days and couldn't get out. One thing that was neat was my group that I was with we prayed for this person and then she asked if she could pray for us too. That was so cool! We even had people that we didn't even work for came and prayed with us. I loved how many lives we were able to touch and touched mine too. Sometimes when we thought that we couldn't go on anymore we prayed for Gods help. Then we got the help we needed, people came from everywhere to help. It was so amazing, I never seen anything like it. Things like when it was so hot they brought us drinks, wood was falling down on me and another group and guys came after we prayed to save us. Praise God for all of his works.
