About Me
Photobucket

Name: Page

Location: England, U.K.

A little Info: I live in a small town in the county of Hampshire, England with my husband. I love anything to do with home-making, frugal living and basically I desire to live a better lifestyle that is simple and pleasing to The Lord. I am still in the “learning phrase” at the moment but it is wonderful fun. I also love having this online journal which can be addictive and is certainly a great way of meeting new people, hence I have made quite a few friends over these last few months.

Interests Include: Home-making, card making, dried flower arrangements, writing poetry/articles, baking and anything on the cookery side, cycling, walking, reading, music, gardening and catching up with friends old & new.

Blessings,

Page

****I am now Mrs Andrew Hartley****

Well no photos as yet but we had a beautiful wedding on Saturday 28th June and the weather was just glorious - in fact the whole day was fabulous.  We are hoping to receive wedding photos next week and then I will share some of them on here.

I do have a couple of photos that I can share and will try and get these online by the end of this week.

Sadly, our honeymoon has been tinged with sadness as we have had a bereavement and without going into details both Andrew and I are suffering big time.  This has been a hard 10 days and we are still on honeymoon and trying our best to make the most of the last few days by trying to get out and doing things together.

Please would you mind praying that both Andrew and I can move on through what has happened (sorry to be so vague) but we do need to start communicating with each other and I do know that The Lord is our healer and so is time.  This is not something we expected to go through especially on our honeymoon but it has.....................

I will post again when I can later on this week.

Blessings,

Page

First, Congratulations!
Second, there will hopefully be a second honeymoon someday.
Third, you can put the "first big stressful event" of your marriage behind you as you heal.
Fourth, it seems you got a wonderful husband.
Fifth, will pray there will be sunnier days ahead!

Oh Congrats Page!!! I had lost track of time and when the wedding was!! I can not wait to see the wonderful pictures of your glorious wedding day!

I am sorry to hear about the sadness you and Andrew are feeling (and especially on your honeymoon). God heals broken hearts, and I will sincerely be praying for you both to deal with this sadness and be able to move on and possibly eve learn a thing or two from it.

God's Blessings,
Amy Jo

I was wondering when we would get the word. I thought it was in June, but....
Congratulations, and I pray the Father will take your pain.

Today's Verse

This Weeks Memory Verse

“"Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you. For I am the Lord your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Saviour" Isaiah 43:1-3
