Need advice on Spirulina

I have researched the benefits of spirulina and am now convinced this is something I should be taking. My question is where do you ladies who take this buy yours? Also, those who take it; have you seen any benefits? Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading and for any comments!

I do take it . . . and I feel like I have more energy. I tend not to eat very many green leafy veggies essp in the winter time so I hope that it helps make up for some of that!

I make my own capsules for about 4 cents each. I buy my Spirulina from bulkherbstore.com. BUT if I could find it comparable already made, I would. I just already have the capsules and maker and everything for making up other stuff. Actually, I posted a few pictures of me making spirulina capsules a few posts back. :) It can be messy so I make a bunch at once.
