Last week was a crazy week.  It seems as though I had something every day or every evening.  I've had lots of things I'd like to blog about and take pictures of, but there just hasn't been time.  I finally got the tree up.  We use a fake one.  It's much less of a headache.  Once the tree was up, our cat promptly shot straight up it and went clear to the top!  He likes to spend his nights outside, so I think from here on out that's a good place for him!  Notice I didn't say I got the tree decorated!  It's up and the lights are on it.  Decorations to come later!  I do have Thursday through Sunday off, so I am hoping to get the house in order then.  I have a small amount of shopping to do yet as well.  The last of my packages will be mailed off today. 

I did manage to bake some cookies last night.  I have 2 more kinds I'd like to get done.  We'll see how that goes as well!
