Herbalist in Training

Herbs, plants, and flowers are a huge part of my day. As we walk, drive or all the books I have lying around I talk constantly with the kids about plants and what different 'weeds' are good for.

BUT, you know your indoctrination passions are rubbing off when they can watch The Sound Of Music or Parent Trap (the original) and pick out  the weeds 'herbs' growing on the hillsides!

Sure!
He practices at Progressive Medical Group in Atlanta. Right now, he isn't practicing in the official capacity. He is director of operations, patient advocate, and director of their detox company, DetoxAmerica. Their website is www.progressivemedicalcenter.com. I hope this helps! I look forward to your comments on handling social situations with the boys. Thank you!
Blessings,

My favorite weed--ehem---herb for cooking is hepazote--I don't know if you're familiar with it or not, but they say you can even find it growing in the sidewalks in NY --he he! Anyway, its a wonderful herb for cooking--we put it in our black beans, our scrambled eggs--and our favorite in quesadillas with yummy cheese (preferably Oaxacan). Just try to destroy this hearty herb--I don't think it's possible. My friend brought me so back from Mexico and it's thriving! Love the herbs! Do you have any recommendations for helping to balance hormones..my ovulation is off resulting in a luteal phase defect (amidst a host of other immune things) and so we've lost 9 angels to miscarriage. I've heard of taking vitex, or pregnalone..by Nature's Sunshine, but would love any recommendations! Blessings!
Jill
