My daughter enjoys decorating cakes unfortunately I know nothing about such things and God blessed me with two girlfriends that enjoy this craft. We decided to get together one day to eat lots of icing, chat and they showed my dd how to do all sorts of squiggly lines, leaves, roses, hearts, bears and many other tricks.

 

Look, "It goes on just like this, here you try." How does she teach her without getting aggravated!?!

Hi!
I happened across your blog through Chas's. I first took classes when I was 18 to decorate and for the next 10 years or so, made quite a few wedding cakes, as well as others. I tried to teach my cousin when she was maybe 10 years old, but I failed miserably, plus she was more interested in eating all her mistakes than correcting them! LOL...Please tell your little one she did a GREAT job!
