Made Bread

I made some more bread yesterday. It wasn't the healthy kind, it was white bread. Going to go with that for a while until I get better at it. This one was better than the last. I used less flour and it was lighter textured. Hubby took a turkey sandwich made from it with him tonight. I'm going to town tomorrow, but I'm not planning on buying bread!

I had picked up some Vital Wheat Gluten with Vit. C a while back, and discovered it while cleaning my cabinets (hehe). This past week, when baking our bread - I used the "Family Bread" recipe from hillbillyhousewife.com, I used part all purpose flour, and part wheat - because every time I make whole grain breads - it resembels a brick, hehe - but it was wonderful!
The gluten helps it be a lighter loaf, and adds nutrients as well. You only use 4 spoons per loaf - I forget off hand T or tsp...
