Passionately pursuing to know the heart of my Heavenly Father and to know my own heart in light of Christ sacrificial love for
me.
~ Reflecting on the many blessings that God has given me. Jesus, the Holy Spirit, my beloved husband, my beautiful children, my family
and my dear friends. God's Love and Grace, His Peace and happiness. May you ever be blessed beyond measure when you see what God can do through just one broken
vessel. ~
"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your
souls.]
Matthew 11:28
I absolutely love tea time. Pleasant memories of friendships and a hot pot of tea. A beautifully laid table set with the finest china and
silverware. Just like Heavens' table when we go home. All the finest linens and dinnerware. I also love spending time with the Lord, meditating on
His precious words. A time to quietly sit and praise Him and thank Him for all He has done. It is a great time when the harshness of the day still
lingers and our souls are in much need of refreshing, it is during those times that we must learn to turn it all over to the Lord.
Just like with friends, I love tea time with my precious Jesus, the lover of my soul. It is in those times I hear Him whisper softly in my ear
saying,
"Sit back my daughter, sip on my tea (the word), it is sweetened with milk and honey.
Remember, no matter what this day holds my child, I haven't gone anywhere, daddy is holding your hand."

"Every experience God gives us, every person he puts in out lives, is the perfect preparation for the future that only He can see." ~Corrie Ten

"God in His wisdom created Mothers and gave them love to share.
He showed them how to comfort and told them how to care. He taught
them how to wipe a tear and how to smile just right. Then He gave them to us
to love with all our might."
"The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters will also be watered himself." Proverbs 11:25
These ladies have been a huge part of who I am today. Their ministries have change me as a person as well, as
a Christian. I am grateful to my Heavenly Father for raising them up for such a time as this." ~ Thank You, Ladies
for your love, your honor, and your dedication to serve the Lord.
~"The very act of preparing and serving tea encourages conversation. The little spaces in time created by teatime rituals call
out to be filled with conversation. Even the tea itself--warm and comforting-inspires
a feeling of relaxation and trust that fosters shared confidences."~(Emilie Barnes)
I invite other women into my home. We enjoy tea or coffee together ~ depends on my theme.
We share what God is doing in our own lives. Then venture to the edge of lostness as we pray for women around the world. Especially the women of
the
persecuted church.
I have Muslim Teas Focus, Prayer Tea for the Afghanistan People, Africa Coffee Focus, Asian Tea Afternoon. Hidden Sorrow, Lasting Joy Brunch ~ this
is geared towards the women of the persecuted church. The possiblities are endless.
November 11, 2007 in remembrance of 9-11, I am hosting a Tea and Brunch in my home to kick of the ReignDownUSA Focus for our country, America.
Also,
to focus on Hopkinsville, Ky Community. WE ARE TAKING OUR COMMUNITY BACK!!!.
When I do these teas I make individual guides that will give a woman everything she needs to know how to lead a women's prayer tea/coffee gathering
-- including instructions on how to serve tea, and details on how to lead her guests to pray for women everywhere.
Also, I have brochures for each tea/coffee guest. This brochure will guide the women as they pray during the tea/coffee; afterwards, they will take
it home to serve as a reminder of what they prayed for during the tea/coffee, so they can continue praying on their own. I enjoy this.
I have gotten alot of mission resources from different places and I provide folders with all kinds of prayer guides for different countries and
mission information for each guest. I teach the ladies how to prayerwalk and how to lead others to Christ that believe differently than they do.
Those that have another faith and culture, teaching the ladies how to lead them to the saving knowledge of our Beloved Jesus Christ.
Missions has always been a huge part of my heart. Someday I hope to go to other countries, but until then this is my way of giving back and
helping.
This playlist represent songs that are dear to my heart. Songs to my Savior, My God and the Holy Spirit. Songs to my beloved husband and
precious children. Songs to dear
friends and family and those I meet along the way that have embraced a piece of my heart. May this playlist bless you dearly.
Becoming a Woman Who Pleases God in 2008
Ladies, this is a wonderful magazine. I am so happy that I have found it and I know you will love it too!
When a wife and mother fulfills her God-given duty, she acts as a barrier against her family dishonoring and His Word. After all scripture says
the woman is the "homekeeper", who if she loves her children and her husband truly, and is sensible, pure...kind, being subject to [her] own [husband]," will remove
any dishonor or reproach that might fall upon the Word of God. (Titus 2:3-5; 1 Timothy 5:14) While the woman is not the leader in the home, she is the dominant influencer.
We are Expecting Number 8 due Sept. 6, 2008
Welcome to my spot!!! I'm so glad you're here. The purpose for this ministry is to bring honor and glory to my Heavenly Father and to my Savior,
Yahshua. (Jesus)
I get so weary of Christianity that seeks to glorify man and his talents rather than give glory to God and and all He has done, expecially for His
gift of grace?
I truly believe that our music, our speech, our lifestyle, our appearance and our attitude should be an extreme contrast to this worlds way of
doing things. We have got
to be the example that the world has got to see. We must choose daily to die to our old carnal nature and to let the light of Christ be are
clothing.
In order for sinners to see their need of repentance we must be an example of holiness on earth. Sinners will have no need for a Savior if all His
followers are no
different then they already are. We must give them the love of Jesus without taking part in their sinful habits.
I hope that through this blog I am able to share the gift of eternal life to those who want it's healing. I hope to be an example of one believer
who truly loves the Lord with
her whole heart. To teach only what the word of God teaches, and to encourage other women to love Jesus, as well as to love their husbands and
their children everyday with the
love that Jesus gives us to love them with.
"The fact that I am a woman does not make me a different kind of Christian, but the fact that I am a Christian does make me a different kind of
woman. For I have accepted
God's idea of me, and my whole life is an offering back to Him of all that I am and all that He wants me to be." [this was sent to me ~ author

Wednesday, February 6, 2008~ What Kind of Mother Hen are You?? ~
Well, that makes since. I love to paint, draw, sew, crochet, knit, cook, and the list goes on and on......
And while he was still a long way off, his father saw him coming. Filled with love and compassion, he ran to his son, (daughter) embraced him, and kissed him.

Tuesday, February 5, 2008~ The Believers Checklists ~
Here rescently many of you know that I had been fasting and drawing closer to the Lord. The Lord has revealed many things to me about my life and some changes that need to be made. Issues that I need to let go and areas that need to be completely healed.
Also, in light of Christ righteousness as believers we are to live a way that sets us apart from this worlds way of doing things. Here is a list that I stumbled upon that I keep in the front of my bible. Whenever I am faced with a situation that I cannot choose what to do, I go through this list and answer the questions. If what I am about to do, watch, or invovle myself in does not line up with the way these questions should answer, I do not do it.
I have also printed these in larger print and hung them our my home in the hallway where our family center wall is located. We have a huge calendar with family activities, appointments and dr. appointments on it. Any pictures the children draw for that week. Special homework papers that they did, we hang them up to recognize the great effort they took in doing them. I chose to hang the checklist here so the children can read them and look at them. This way when they are having a hard time making the right decision they have something to go by as well.
I hope you find comfort and answers to your life most perplexing situations.
1. Is it right? 1 John 5:17 All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.

Acts 5:1-11 But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession, And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, andlaid it, at the apostles' feet. But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land? Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power?why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God. And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things. And the young men arose, wound him up, and carried him out, and buried him. And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing what was done, came in. And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for so much? And she said, Yea, for so much. Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out. Then fell she down straightway at his feet, and yielded up the ghost: and the young men came in, and found her dead, and, carrying her forth, buried her by her husband. And great fear came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard these things.

31. What does my pastor think about it? Hebr. 13:7 Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation. Hebr. 13:17 Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.
32. What does my church brethren think about it? Prov. 11:14 Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety. Prov. 15:22 Without counsel purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counsellors they are established.

Rom. 14:10-12 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God. 1 Cor. 3:11-15 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.
I came across this site today and I just had to share it. It spoke volumes to my hearts cry right now. It's as if she read my heart. Please read the post below that is from her site and then check out her address at the end and enjoy all the rest.
We (I am ~ Tina) are truly in a time of transition, it is time that we (I ~ Tina) stopped being religious
and started a genuine, intimate relationship with Jesus who is the Way to our Father...
I ~ Tina have been doing this for quite some time. I haven't been religious with God in MANY years. My life made a drastic turn about 4 years ago after my divorce. But her prayer below, I can so relate, it is as if I wrote it.... the Heavenly Father was saying the same thing to my heart.
Father is saying…..
Run to me my children I am all you need
I will cover you with the shadow of my hand
I long to gather you as a hen does with her chicks
I am your high priest come through me to enter in to the heavenly place
I am your God …you need no other
Run to me my precious ones
Run away from your worldly ways
Run away from all the things that are not of me
Come enter in… I am all that you need
I will clothe you
I will feed you
Come now and drink of me
Let me
Won’t you let me be your everything??
Hear my heart my children
Hide in me
How I love you!!!
RUN RUN RUN THE TIME IS LATE!!!!!
It is time to meet with father in his place, he is Spirit
we need to connect with him in the spiritual realm
Heaven door is open to us it is time we ran right in
Jesus is the door he is the gate, he is the way
WONT YOU RUN RIGHT TO HIM TODAY???
What does 2008 hold in store?
Something you’ve never seen before
No adding to old or just taking away
ALL MY GLORY will be on display
It will amaze you how fast I will move
Tearing things down all old removed
Will you honour me in all that you do?
Will you do all I ask you to do?
Will you turn everything aside?
Will you will you be my bride?
Will I be the first on your list?
Do you feel on your cheek my gentle kiss?
My bride I love you .. you wait and see
It may not be as you expect it to be
But I am moving very fast
The last shall be first the first last
Many governments changing power
Much infighting in this hour
Many people being filled with fire
Doing the things my heart desires
Watch my bride
I will turn much aside
I will pave your way
You will have your say
Firey words pouring from your mouth
My waters flowing north and south
MY Kingdom will come MY will be done
And Bride and Bridegroom will be ONE
What does 2008 hold in store
Something you’ve never seen before
It will amaze you it will surprise
And you will see it with your own eyes
WILL YOU HONOUR ME CHILD WILL YOU??
Monday, February 4, 2008~ Morning Coffee ~ Psalm 139:13-16 ~
Oh yes, you shaped me first inside, then out;
you formed me in my mother's womb.
I thank you, High God—you're breathtaking!
Body and soul, I am marvelously made!
I worship in adoration—what a creation!
You know me inside and out,
you know every bone in my body;
You know exactly how I was made, bit by bit,
how I was sculpted from nothing into something.
Like an open book, you watched me grow from conception to birth;
all the stages of my life were spread out before you,
The days of my life all prepared
before I'd even lived one day.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Isn't that so beautifully written. Being that I am pregant again, number 8 (living). I just love these verses.
I thank you, High God -- You're Breathtaking!!
Our God, is so breathtaking. I see this in so many areas of my life. How he is always seeing that He does everything with finesse. I love it!
Body and soul, I am marvelously made.
God created me special. Isn't it nice to know that He doesn't just through us together. Whenever I get pregnant, I pray over everything. I pray over the baby through each stage of life. I speak the word over him or her and I pray for every limb, organ, tissue, muscle to work properly and for all the bodies systems. Everything. I know that God is working with me to being about this lovely, beautiful, marvelous being.
Now, if I am trying to get pregnant, of course I pray for the conception and the dividing of the egg/cells. I love being pregnant, it is absolutely beautiful. I always say it is the one time that I get to come together to help produce a miracle within me.
all the stages of my life were spread out before you,
To think that all the stages of my life, my childrens' life, my husbands life have all been laid out before our great and mighty God.
The days of my life all prepared
before I'd even lived one day.
I love it. Isn't it nice to know that we can trust in God, read His word and mediate on it, memorizing it, putting it into my heart. That no matter what God is in control. He knows all and He is preparing the way for our destiny in Him.
I encourage you, see His will for your life. His plans not your own. Only then will you truly find happiness.
Dear Precious Heavenly Father,
Thank you for forming me in my mother's womb. Thank you for each of my children and my beloved husband. You have knit each one of us for a specific and special purpose in your kingdom. Help me Lord to direct my children towards Your will for their life. Help me to be the Believer, the Wife and the Mother I am to be. I love You Lord for all You have done for me. For sending Your precious Son to save my soul and to come to earth to show me how to walk out Your word.
Love Your Daughter,
He knew exactly what would take place in my life. I know that it is so important to stay close to him and to seek His will for me, because He knows my life, from the beginning to the end.
Many of you know I have been fasting. I was hoping to go all the way to Feb 3, 2008, but I had to stop due to some very important, yet suprising news that I received Friday night.
Little Ariana Mariah Faith, just turned 5 months, January 20, 08 and has heard that she is no longer going to be the baby.
Due date: Somewhere between September 3-8, 08
This will be my second set this close in age. My 9 year old boy Josiah and 8 year old girl Hannah, could pass for twins and they act just alike, it is scary. They are 14months apart.
Well, I thought I would share the GREAT news. So much for that full spees exercise video and kickboxing! I suppose it is Denise Austin Pregnancy Exercise Video.
I will be adding more about my fast and all the great things God is doing.
Back to normal posting in Feb, and new stuff going on that I will be doing.
Just a quick note to all my sisters in Christ. I just want to let everyone know that I have not gone anywhere. I am currently taking a Sabbatical and a 21 day fast until the 6th of February. I will be posting as the Lord leads up until that date.
The reason I am taking this time is to lean into God, for direction. I want so much to have God's purpose in my life. I am seeking His destiny for me. There are so many situations that he is showing me and I am just really needing to lean into Him and seek His face and presence.
I will share as the Lord leads what is happening in my life. He is a wonderful God, isn't He? When we least expect it He begins to woo us to Himself?
I ask for much prayer for me and that God will show me and lead me into the knowledge of why he has created me to be 35 years young in 2008 and what my calling is.
I know that one of my heartstrings has been with missions. My heart has been called to Zambia, Africa for quite sometime now. I also know that He has put prayerwalking into my life as well.
I am seeking direction for my blogs and what God wants to do through me. I anticipate God's heart and His vision for my life.
Thank you all for all your prayers, I feel them coming my way already.
1 O LORD, rebuke me not in Your anger nor discipline and chasten me in Your hot displeasure.
2 Have mercy on me and be gracious to me, O Lord, for I am weak (faint and withered away); O Lord, heal me, for my bones are troubled.
3 My [inner] self [as well as my body] is also exceedingly disturbed and troubled. But You, O Lord, how long [until You return and speak peace to me]?
4 Return [to my relief], O Lord, deliver my life; save me for the sake of Your steadfast love and mercy.
5 For in death there is no remembrance of You; in Sheol (the place of the dead) who will give You thanks?
6 I am weary with my groaning; all night I soak my pillow with tears, I drench my couch with my weeping.
7 My eye grows dim because of grief; it grows old because of all my enemies.
8 Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity, for the Lord has heard the voice of my weeping.
9 The Lord has heard my supplication; the Lord receives my prayer.
10 Let all my enemies be ashamed and sorely troubled; let them turn back and be put to shame suddenly.
"However love I may sink. there is not a depth but grace goes deeper." ~ Alfred Edersheim
Lord, I am sick of soul.
I know you see my tears.
Oh, save me for your mercies' sake
And drive away my fears.
Old Scottish Psalter, adapted
Just remember, no matter what struggle, hurt, pain or shame you are going through ~Jesus is preparing the way out. Just like David in verse 8, when we look to God in faith, our burdens begin to lift.
Tuesday, January 8, 2008~ Pieces of My Life to Share ~
I just wanted to take a moment to share with you some organizing and journaling ideas.
Here is a picture of my daily clip board. I can't live without this on a daily basis. What I use this for you might be asking? Well I normally have paper under the clip and I have my cleaning list sheet, my daily to do list sheet, emergency phone numbers sheet, bill numbers sheet, important dates sheet, and I also take any bills that are due for that week, put them in order, highlight the due dates and amonts and clip them in there as well.
I love this concept because you can hang it up on a nail and you can carry it with you no matter where you go. It has traveled around with me quite a bit.
Second thing to share, my monthly journal.
Now I must say this was not my idea. I borrowed this lovely idea from By Sun and Candlelight
Please, check out her sight. She has so many wonderful ideas and neat things that she does with her family. Although I do not endorce alot of her reading material, I do have to say that she is one creative lady.
Thank you dawn for sharing your daily life with all of us!
[For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly], and that I may in that same way come to know the power outflowing from His resurrection [[a]which it exerts over believers], and that I may so share His sufferings as to be continually transformed [in spirit into His likeness even] to His death, [in the hope]
~ Philippians 3:10
"In each season, look for God like a man with his head on fire looks for water."
My challenge~
Ask yourself in 2008, What is it that you desire? What is that you really want in life?
Then pray, "Lord, what is that you want for me and why am I here?"
I know it is to know you in all that I do, but I want to know what my calling is. Why have you chosen to allow me to be born and 35 years old in 2008. Please, take all my past mistakes and failures and use them for your glory. Guide me and direct my paths towards my destiny."
5:21 subjecting yourselves one to another in the fear of Christ.
5:22 Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord.
5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, and Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body.
5:24 But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything.
5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it;
5:26 that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word,
5:27 that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
5:28 Even so ought husbands also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself.
5:29 For no man ever hated his own flesh; but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord also does the assembly;
5:30 because we are members of his body, of his flesh and bones.
5:31 "For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will be joined to his wife. The two will become one flesh."
5:32 This mystery is great, but I speak concerning Christ and of the assembly.
5:33 Nevertheless each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
"Good Marraiges result not from always agreeing with eachother, but from making an effort to understand why the other is thinking, feeling, or acting a certain way."
"Come now and let us reason together," says the Lord, "Through your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are read like crimson, They shall be as wool, If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land."
Isaiah 1:18-19 NKJV
Create in me a Stainless and Clean Heart Daddy
Oh Daddy, my God, have mercy upon my soul, I pray.
Though I try to do what is right, I ofter fall very short.
But I know that without you I can not have a victorious life. Forgive me of my wrong doings, when I think about myself, instead of loving those around me with your precious love. Father, help me to walk completely in your grace and love.
Pour your cleansing blood upon my heart and make me whiter than snow. Refine me in the refiners finer and make me like sparkling gold. Create in me a clean heart, that others can see only your love for them through the love they see in me.
Thank you for your love and patience that you so readily give to me. No matter what I have done You are always there to wipe my tears and hold me close to your heart. You never leave myside, nor forsake me when I need you most. I thank you for all you do for me.
Fill me daddy with your Holy Spirit and restore me to life, full of joy that I am saved and in your family. Wash away every wrong doing that I did in 2007, for this year, 2008, is one of New Beginnings. Daddy, soon I will be renewing my vows to you and getting baptized. Lord, I know that you will wash away everything I have ever done that was against Your word and Your will. I thank you for your forgiveness, for it is so beautiful to me.
As You and I begin this new year together, with new ventures and new lives to save, I pray for You to help me be very careful and obedient in all that I think, say and do. I want Your light to shine so brightly through me. That when others see me, they see You. When they touch my hands, they touch You. When they watch my walk, they see Your word. Oh Daddy, I want to be just like You!
I sing with joy Your love and salvation, for the way you forgive me and make thinks anew. My heart and lips will constantly priaise You through every adventure that I take with You.
I want to pass on Your Word, the good news, to everyone I meet.
Well, since Tiany has asked me to share some of my favorite things with you all I will start by saying, that list could get very, very long!!
My Small Leather Strapped Bible! I do not leave home without it. It is just the most perfect size.
My Prayer Pocket. I have all my prayer journals in there; ones for China, Asia, Africa, etc. Pictures of my family and friends.
My Journals I love to write down all my thoughts. I am an artist so beautiful things catch my eyes. A picture, a poem, a story, anything that shows meaning and emotion.
My Women's Prayer Teas. Coming together to pray for the missionaries and all those they are reaching. It is such a beautiful thing. Plus, we go out and minister into our community as well.
My Prayer Pillow ~ I make these and use them as well. It is something I am adding to my line of products, A Piece of My Heart, this year. They are to be used for kneeling, laying down, whatever you need. Most importantly they are heavily prayed over and anointed with oil, before they are purchased. They are truly sewed from the heart.
My Mother Mary and Jesus Antique figurine.
It is so sweet and precious to me.
My Vintage coffee mug. (the one on the left side)
Tea and coffee just don't taste the same unless they are in this cup. (Starbucks) inside!!
My Monthly Journal ~ I jot down what God has been doing in my life and any revelations He has given me. Any words He may speak to me about changes that need to take place in my life.
I have prayers added and poems, anything inspirationaI. I used a composition notebook and added the paper decorations to it from the scrapbooking section at Walmart.
"Establish my steps and direct them [means of] Your word; let not any iniquity have dominion over me." Psalm 119:133
His Part ~ My Part
Lord, You want me to trust You so totally?
That I am unmoved by any circumstances.
Then work in me that steadfast trust.
You want me to choose to do right?
Then turn me from wanting any plans but Yours.
You want me to rever and honor You?
Then refresh and revive me.
You want me to obey You uninterruptedly?
Then make Your Word my guide.
You want me to depend upon You increasingly?
Then reassure me that Your promises are mine.
You want Your will to be my will?
Then help me to love Your every wish.
I expect and look for Your help, dear Lord.
For you have NEVER broken a single promise.
And I know you are not going to start now.
Thank you Lord, for NEVER leaving me nor forsaking me.
I love you, Tina
"Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! I tell myself. I will praise the Lord as long as I live. I will sing praises to my God even with my dying breath."
Psalm 146:1-2 NLT
This very first day
Of the fresh new year
I sing a new song
With Israels's sweet singer I exclaim:
"How good it is to sing God's praise
How delightful and how right."
The volumn increases
The tempo accelerates.
With glorious anticipation
I shout a rousing welcome
To the up and coming days.
The future cannot daunt me
Every inscrutable mystery
Becomes a consolation of joy.
For with YOU in control, dear God
The worst may happen
But the best is yet to come.
By Ruth Harms Calkin
Our Heavenly Father is so wonderful, this has been my slogan for about 2 weeks now. But today this was my devotional. Is that not a confirmation or what. The last verse of the poem.But the Best is yet to come. Mind you I did not know this until today. Thank you Lord, for you are worthy to be praised!!!
Tuesday, January 1, 2008~ 2008 ~ A Year of Grace ~
As the New Year starts and the old year ends,
There's no better time to make amends.
For all the things we sincerely regret,
And wish in our hearts we could somehow forget.
We all make mistakes,for it's human to err,
But no one need ever give up in despair.
For God gives us all a brand new beginning,
A chance to start over and repent of our sinning-
And when God forgives us, we, too, must forgive,
And resolve to do better each day that we live.
By constantly trying to be like Him more dearly-
Assured that we're never out of His care.
And we're always welcome to see Him in prayer.
"Wise women live by God's timeless, unchanging standard. I want to know what Jesus thinks. I want to do as He commands. I love Him with all of my
heart, mind, body and soul. I want to infuse my home,
my family, and my community with purity, grace, dignity and care. I want people to see Jesus through me. When they touch my hands they touch Jesus.
When they hear me speak, they hear Jesus.
Why? Because it is His spirit that should be living through me."
Lord, I give you all of me ~ My life, my time,
my body, my children, and my home.
Let me introduce myself ...
I am a happily married wife to Minister Spencer Bacon and we have 10 beautiful children. ( 2 boys are his, 4 girls are mine and 2 boys are mine and then we share one girl and one on the way.)
My passion is to know Jesus - to really KNOW Him. To hear His voice on a daily basis and to walk in His presence. To be close to Him and to know His pure heart. This He has promised to all who hunger and thirst after Him........
Can you hear Him calling your name? He so wants to take us up into higher realms with us, into the realms of His presence and glory. Where He has prepared a beautiful banquet table full of the finest foods.
He so wants to delight in us and for us to delight in Him. We are His prized possessions, His priceless treasures. He wants to share places in His heart where He desires for us to bask in the beauty and magnificence of His life.
Won't you come and set beside me? I want to tell you about this wonder man name Jesus. He will give you the desires of your heart. He will never leave you nor forsake you. His arms are always stretched open. Just take His hand and
and let Him lead you into a beautiful life designed just for you.
He who every morning plans the transaction of the day and follows out that plan, carries a thread that will guide him through the maze of
Welcome ~ May this blog be a reflection of my heart. .~~~
"The Best part of Beauty is that which no picture can express...." Sir Francis Bacon
~~~"The face of beauty can take many forms ~ an encouraging word of kindness, a smile that breaks forth like morning light, a tender act of compassionate love. The most winsome of all women seem to have in common some timeless qualities of beauty ~ grace, wisdom, thoughtfulness, kindness, compassion ~ and they carry these with a certain sense of confidence. The truest kind of beauty is cultivated over time, perfected in the heart. And it is a loviliness that lasts long after all else has faded." ~~~ A Heart Where Beauty Lives ~ I so long to fill my life with gems of grace, kindness, and confidence. I pray that the Lord will continue to fashion my heart after His, for it is the place where beauty lives and flourishes.
"And (she) shall be like a tree firmly planted [and tended] by the streams of living water, ready to bring forth it's fruits in season; its leaf
also shall not fade or wither; and everything (she) does shall prosper [and come to maturity]." Psalm 1:3
"Her children arise up, and call her blessed;
her husband boast of and praises her, [saying].
Many daughters have done virtuously, nobly, and well [with the strength of character that is steadfast in goodness],
but you excel them all. Charm and grace are deceptive, and beauty is vain [because it is not everlasting], but a woman who reverently and
worshipfully fears the Lord shall be praised!"

3 "Bid the older women similarly to be reverent and devout in their deportment as becomes those engaged in sacred service, not slanderers or slaves to drink. They are to give good counsel and be teachers of what is right and noble,
4 So that they will wisely train the young women to be [a]sane and sober of mind (temperate, disciplined) and to love their husbands and their children,
5 To be self-controlled, chaste, homemakers, good-natured (kindhearted), adapting and subordinating themselves to their husbands, that the word of God may not be exposed to reproach (blasphemed or discredited)."
Titus 2: 3-5 Amplified Version
Starting in June I will be gathering some beautiful ladies in my home every Tuesday for Tea and Bible Study. We will be focusing on "Becoming the Women God wants us to be."

"Sarah's Daughters"
This Newsletter is based off of 1 Peter 3:3-6, paying attention to v6.
"3. Let not yours be the [merely] external adorning with [elaborate] [a] interweaving and knotting of the hair, the wearing of jewelry, or changes of clothes;
4. but let it be the inward adorning and beauty of the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible and unfading charm of a gentle and peaceful spirit, which [is not anxious or wrought up, but] is very precious in the sight of God.
5. For it was thus that the pious women of old who hoped in God were [accustomed] to beautify themselves and were submissive to their husbands [adapting themselves to them as themselves secondary and dependent upon them].
6. It was thus that Sarah obeyed Abraham [following his guidance and acknowledging his headship over her by] calling him lord (master, leader, authority). And you are now her true daughters
if you do right and let nothing terrify you [not giving way to hysterical fears or letting anxieties unnerve you]."amplified version

"Each morning I spend 20 minutes going around each room, anointing it with oil and speaking blessings over the room. Kitchen: blessing the meals, dining room: blessing the time we spend in fellowship, bathroom: bless it and speak a blessing that our hearts will be cleaner than our bodies, that our speech
will be pure and clean, each bedroom I pray over and speak a blessing over each child and pray for their needs and characters. This is a short example of what I do. I also bless the front door and the guest that enter and the back door as well. I like to bathe my home in prayer and
blessings each morning."

35 For I was hungry and you gave Me food, I was thirsty and you gave Me something to drink, I was a stranger and you brought Me together with
yourselves and welcomed and entertained and lodged Me,
36 I was naked and you clothed Me, I was sick and you visited Me with help and ministering care, I was in prison and you came to see Me.
37 Then the just and upright will answer Him, Lord, when did we see You hungry and gave You food, or thirsty and gave You something to drink?
38 And when did we see You a stranger and welcomed and entertained You, or naked and clothed You?
39 And when did we see You sick or in prison and came to visit You?
40 And the King will reply to them, Truly I tell you, in so far as you did it for one of the least [in the estimation of men] of these My brethren,
you did it for Me.
