I never made a coffee cake with zucchini sounds good I must try it. I wonder if I could use white flour? and regular sugar? do you know? I'm a bad girl I like all the things that aren't good for us..LOL haflinger

This sounds yummy- I will have to try it since I am still pulling zucchini from the EIGHT zucchini plants my overzealous husband planted :) I have been making these incredible zucchini brownies that are just... ... ... there are no words to describe how good they are. Suffice it to say I can only make them once every couple of weeks. Thanks for the recipe!

I love your blog and I am always excited reading it everyday since I am a stay-home wife and a mommy of a 3 months old baby,I learn a lot from it and I am so grateful that I found you because you have helped me in so many ways.Anyway,I just started baking, I am from Asia,we don't bake a lot because our weather is hot and most of us don't have an air condition in our house ,so when I got here I love to start new things including baking and do a lot of cooking. I really don't know what is Sucanat, and where can I buy it?
Just by reading all this recipes makes me hungry :-)
