Last week's weight (November 8): 190
Today’s weight (November 15): 190
DH asked me if I was discouraged - I said no. I did not gain any and I am still making better choices - just not enough this week.

Just want you to know that you are truly an encouragement to me. I know I need to exercise more - I have the start of arthritis - and hurt a lot. And walking really helps. Now that I am retired and living in a smaller town - and am only a couple of blocks from town and a walk path along the river, I have started walking every morning.
And, of course, I always have a destination in mind. hee! hee! - like the quilt shop or the used book store.
For me, the main goal is how I feel, not necessarily how much weight the scales say I have lost.

I am proud of you... and you know with the walking and exercise that you could be gaining muscle which weighs more then fat... so you might actually be losing inches and not weight!!!!
