Weekly Update

Nothing gained, nothing lost.  I am okay with that.  I did well with sticking to my habit of not eating processed goodies.  I went a little beyond the moderation on homeade though.

Last week's weight (October 25):  191 

Today’s weight (November 1):  191

I am now working on adding a good habit:

Walking 4 times a week

Started October 30

That's really good! The fact you are walking should help. I need to start to exercise. The problem is getting started in this cold weather!!
