Climate of Fear

I want to encourage everyone to watch CNN Headline News tonight and see Glenn Beck's program The Climate of Fear.  With all the global warming stuff out there, he's put together some information to give the other side of the issue.  He said that he isn't saying that either side has the answer, but that he wants all to be informed and that we aren't getting the whole story.  It takes a lot of guts for him and people like him to report on things contrary to the green movement.  The guy who published the study on Al Gore's household energy use has received many death threats (they read several on the air yesterday) and also e-mails questioning everything from his IQ to his sexual preference.  All this for saying that Al Gore doesn't practice what he preaches, and all this from people who are suposed to be peace loving.  The United States was founded on the freedom of speech, the freedom of ideas.  When only one viewpoint is voiced but the other is shot down, something is VERY wrong.

For my friends across the big pond: I forgot to add that the shutting down of ideas doesn't only happen in America.  There is a man in England who is a well-known documentary maker.  He was hired by Channel 4 to make a documentary on global warning.  He did his research and gave the other side of the story and he as well is suffering the consequences of going against the flow!

Also, remember, it is a *man* who is giving *his side*.

The Bible talks about the end of the world. How after the flood the Lord gave us the rainbow as His Promise never to take the earth by water again.........
But
It will be taken by "fire" the next and final time. There are many many Scriptures giving us the "sign of that time".
So while you view the men giving *their* sides of the story, if you want raw real Truth, seek it out in Scripture.

Man is deceived if he thinks ANYTHING he does to this earth "speeds up" God's already predetermined plan!!

Yup, keep going in that passage where God promises not to destroy the earth by water and you'll also find that it says, "While the earth remains, seed time and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night, shall not cease" (Genesis 8:22). Now that's something we can bank on!

Yes, the earth may be destroyed by fire but there is no indication in Scripture that that will begin to occur before the appointed time for earth's destruction. Thanks for this post! ;)
