Bulbs and SuchI just checked the local forcast at www.noaa.gov and guess I should wait a few more days to plant the bulbs. I'll look at the packages again just to be sure. We're actually going to get back to normal for this time of year in regards to weather. Which means our heater will have to be turned on again, probably. I forgot to say last week that I got the curriculum and also Charity Ministries' The Remnant. I haven't had a chance yet to read through it, but can't wait to. In order to get certain things accomplished, I have to discipline myself. In this case, I'm making myself finish reading the three books that I currently am reading before beginning that. Speaking of the books I'm reading, one is a September 11 book called September 11: An Oral History. It's a good book, people who were there shared their stories. I know some people don't like to remember what happened or to read about it. I read about various things such as this and try to learn from them. The things I'm trying to learn such as survival techniques, being prepared, compassion, to help others, NOT to take an elevator in a fire situation (actually, I first learned that by watching the Towering Inferno), etc. I pray I never am in a situation like those people faced, but like my studies of Titanic, I can still learn for my everyday life. There are some rumors around right now that the government made WTC7 collapse, I won't give publicity to the person who's espousing this idea. Popular Science Magazine studied these claims and others though and posted the results on their website. I haven't checked it out yet, I heard about it on Glenn Beck's program yesterday and do plan on taking a look. The radio has been covering the President's news conference and they just now came back to regular programming. It's Glenn Beck and he has Jerry Jenkins and Tim LaHaye on there taking questions about the end times. I'm going to get off here and pay attention to this. Hopefully people will hear this and begin seeking God. That's my prayer anyway. Vicki { Post a Comment } { Last Page } { Page 169 of 288 } { Next Page } |
