Its raining outside!  I LOVE the rain and waking up to the rain.  The only thing I truly miss from Panama is the rain.  I got really spoiled with it.  Maybe we should move to Seattle, I hear it has lots of rain.

Since its very wet outside I don't think I'll be planting my bulbs, then again it may make the ground easier to dig.  I still haven't come up with a way to keep the flowers from being mowed, but can always let the guy know when he's doing it.  I'm not even sure if he'll be doing the lawn or not.  We're right next to the landlord's office and it hasn't been done yet.  The grass and weeds are getting higher each day.  I've thought about approaching him with the offer of mowing the grass around his part and ours in exchange for our monthly lot rent.  We need to buy a lawn mower, and that would sure be an incentive, not to mention something the boys can do outside!

Charlie got the car working yesterday evening.  He replaced the connections on the battery and it started right up. 

I'm really surprised that Bethany hasn't asked yet to go to the zoo.  We love going on rainy days, I guess we both love the rain. :)  I think we'll just spend the day watching Abbott & Costello movies while working on individual crafting projects.  Also I want to get the kids' schoolwork checklists finished.

I'd better get off as it makes me nervous to have the computer on while its raining.

It was raining in our town, too and we watched Abbot and Costello Movies (The Naughty Nineties and In Society)

It's been just plain ole hot here. I love the rain! I sleep so well when it's pouring.....
