Monday Happenings

It doesn't look like we're going to have to help with inventory after all, at least not yet!  Which means we'll be spending the week trying to get back to a normal routine.  I really need to get back to the Keeper At Home mindset.  Over the past two weeks, it has somehow escaped me and I can really tell.  That and my personal and family Bible time has gone down the tubes.  I praise God that He loves me enough to awaken me to this fact and that He brings me back!

Charlie's having problems with the car this morning.  He and Dallas are out there right now trying to get the battery cables fixed.  The cables were extremely erroded when he first got the car and he's trying to get them off, which isn't happening!  I think we may have to take him to work.

Yep, I just heard that we need to take him, so I gotta log off and continue this later.

I have read that Coke will clean up battery cables, take the erosion and such off. I have never tried it myself but have read it a couple places.

****He put Coke on it and we think that's (the yucky stuff) honestly what was keeping them connected. It has corroded so bad that he's probably going to have to replace not only the connectors, but the cables going to it as well. One of the bolts is stripped and he had no success taking it off this morning. :( Oh well, free car.
