Down Comforter Update

We have successfully revived the comforter!  Monday night, Charlie suggested we wash it again, actually bleach it.  I had kept it in one of those space bags and I think that was part of the smell problem.  Plus, I don't think it was all the way dry when I put it in the space bag.  Anyway, we used hot water and bleached the comforter Monday night.  Then we put it in the dryer with a tennis ball and ran it through once.  Yesterday I dried it over and over again, honestly I don't know how many times I did it.  I'd guess at least 5 times.  When I took it out of the dryer last night it felt like there were a few places that were a little damp, just a tiny bit.  So I laid it out on some boxes in our bedroom.  The smell is gone and the feathers are broken up.  Thank you to all who had suggestions!
