Bible Quiz - Answers Posted in Quizzes
Here is the answers to the Bible Quiz that I sent in yesterday (I'll highlight them in red so that they are easier to see):
I once made the remark about the hidden books of the Bible. It was a lulu; kept people looking so hard for facts ... and for others it was a revelation. Some were in a jam; especially since the names of the books were not capitalized. But the truth finally struck home to numbers of our readers. To others it was a real job. We want it to be a most fascinating few moments for you. Yes, there will be some really easy ones to spot. Others may require judges to help them. I will quickly admit it usually takes a minister to find one of them and there will be loud lamentations when it is found. A little lady says she brews a cup of tea so she can concentrate better. See how well you can compete. Relax now, for there really are sixteen names of books of the Bible in this paragraph.

I missed Kings, Esther, Amos, and Titus. I kept saying I knew titus had to be in there somewhere, I just couldn't find it. LOL

Titus was one that I had trouble with the first time I did this as well, lol. It is a lot of fun to do, and really neat to see where the answers are hidden, lol.

Iced Coffee Syrup
≈ coffee
≈ water
≈ sugar
***IMPORTANT***: you need a percolator style coffee pot to make this.
DO NOT use a drip style coffee maker to make this syrup!!!!!
* Make one pot of coffee, then discard the grounds.
* Add fresh grounds, percolate again, with the coffee as liquid, not fresh water.
* Do this three times.
* To the finished coffee mixture, add one half the amount of sugar (if you end up with 3 cups coffee mixture, add 1 1/2 cups sugar).
* Mix until sugar is completely dissolved.
* To use: add 2 - 3 tablespoons of syrup to a 10 oz glass of milk, stir to mix and enjoy.
