About Me:
This blog is mostly to keep my friends and family informed of our happenings, but I do appreciate any advice and knowledge of experienced homesteaders. My husband and I have moved to Kentucky, from a place where most people can hardly afford an acre. Here we have been blessed with a little more than 19 acres. We are planning to have a berry farm in the future. For now we are concentrating on getting a building errected so we can move in and start our homestead. We've lived in the country alot, but this will be the first time we have a vision. We hope to utilize the land and grow all organic things on it. We may try our hand at raising some critters too.
